1. Return Eligibility (30 Days)
* You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify:
1. Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
2. All seals must be intact
3. Proof of purchase is required

* If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
1. Order number
2. Clear photos of the product and packaging
* We will arrange a replacement or refund after review.
4. Non-Returnable Items
* For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:
1. Opened or used nutraceutical products
2. Food or gummies once opened
3. Personal care items
4. Sale or promotional items
5. Gift cards

* We do not offer direct exchanges.
* To get a different product:

1. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you
2. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method

2. It may take additional time for your bank to reflect it
7. Shipping Costs
1. Original shipping charges are non-refundable
2. Return shipping may be deducted from your refund
3. If the error is ours (wrong/damaged item), we cover the cost
